Tips In Summer

* Have cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen
* Bring two bottles of water with electrol or glucon-d
* Get lots of fruits
* It is best to make a light backpack
* The clothing should be such that allows the body to breathe while at the same time absorbs sweat and keeps you dry
* Drink water at regular intervals during the trek to avoid dehydration
* Bring one or two bandanas or a similar size scarf. They are great to protect your head and/or neck from the sun, can serve as hand towels or handkerchiefs, and when tied so it covers your mount and nose will help keep out dust from the trail or the cold, dry mountain air that gives most people in high altitude a persistent cough
* No high heels, Full sleeves T-Shirt and Full Pants preferably cotton material, Sports or trekking shoes and extra sandals or flotus
